Welcome to sewi11. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and sewi11 ("Platform", "We" or "sewi11"). This Agreement governs your use of the sewi11.net website, the sewi11 mobile app, and all related services we provide.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any sewi11 service, you agree to be fully bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Sewi11 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the sewi11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at sewi11. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts involved being closed without notice and all balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to:

• Set a strong password and keep it secure — never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify sewi11 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Submitting the required identity verification documents upon request as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Sewi11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to national ID, passport, utility bills, or bank statements. Withdrawal of winnings will not be processed until the KYC process has been successfully completed.

Sewi11 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB), DuitNow, FPX, and available e-wallets. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum permitted deposit is RM10 or the amount specified for a particular payment method.

Sewi11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time as part of our member rewards program. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, and those terms form part of this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries wagering requirements that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated on the respective promotions page.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Generally, only one active bonus is allowed at any one time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or unfair wagering methods — may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Promotions may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed and are in the process of fulfilling their requirements.

All games on sewi11 operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by internationally recognised audit bodies. This ensures that all game outcomes are truly random and fair.

• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is displayed transparently within that game's information section.
• The results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during gameplay, sewi11 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bets involved.

Members are free to close their account at any time by contacting the sewi11 support team. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any eligible balance in accordance with the established withdrawal procedures.

sewi11 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this document.
• Failed identity verification or submission of false information.
• Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity has been detected.
• Requests from competent authorities.
• Account inactive beyond the period specified in the inactive account policy.

Members enrolled in the program self-exclusion through the sewi11 Responsible Gaming platform will have their accounts closed and will not be able to open a new account during the specified exclusion period.

Sewi11 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, freedom from technical errors, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated.

• Sewi11 is not liable for any technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Sewi11's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the value of the transaction directly involved in the relevant claim.
• Sewi11 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses of a speculative nature.
